I work with adolescents, adults and families.  I specialize in treating:

• Issues related to adolescence such as difficulties with self-esteem, identity, high-risk behaviors, teen pregnancy, relationship difficulties, etc.

Fees and Insurance

My fee is $90 per 50 minute session.  We will generally meet weekly, however, there may be times when your treatment issues require us to meet more frequently.  I do not participate with insurance companies due to my commitment to confidentiality and quality services.  Paying out of pocket for services allows you control over your own treatment because you decide how often you’d like to meet and how long you’d like to participate in therapy.  It also prohibits your insurance company from accessing your diagnosis or treatment records.  Many insurance plans allow you to apply for reimbursement using your “out of network” benefits, however.  I encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to our first session to inquire about their out of network benefits.  I will provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company, if you choose this option.
